POSTPONED - Palliative Care 101 In-Person
If you are caring for a loved one and struggling to know the difference between palliative care and hospice, and the continuum of curative and palliative care, this program will cover what you need to know. We will also discuss financial and social options, the support available, as well as how to help your loved one cope while going through this process. Presented by Phil DiSorbo, Senior Life Transitions Program Coordinator at the Saratoga Senior Center. Please register online.
