Cook with Us! This vegan Biryani is an Indian one-pot dish made by alternately layering rice and gravy, and garnished with fried onions and dry fruits or fried potatoes. Packed full of flavor and healthy vegetables, this easy Vegetable Biryani is quick, simple and delicious – the perfect midweek meal! It's also vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, and dairy free. The recipe will be sent to participants and the program is open to Adults and Teens. Please register online.
