Join us as we explore how we can use meditation and breathing practices to feel calmer, more alert, more focused or relaxed, depending on what we need. You'll have a chance to try a variety of breathing and meditation practices to see which feel best for you.

Please register below and a Zoom meeting invite will be sent to you 3 hours before the event begins.

A list of free resources will be provided for you to use after the session to build your own meditation and/or breathing practice. This course can be taken with the movement course or on its own. Presented by Sara from the Get Ready Project.
