Teen Wellness: Movement & Yoga In-Person
Come explore how yoga and movement influence your body, brain and emotions. Our yoga practice will be the highlight of the session, and you'll have a chance to feel how movement can not only help you feel stronger and more connected, but can also help to manage stress and anxiety. This practice is appropriate no matter your body type or fitness level - yoga is for every body!
Please register below and a Zoom meeting invite will be sent to you 3 hours before the event begins.
If you have a yoga mat, that's great! If not a small area rug or even a towel would be handy, but aren't required. A list of free resources will be provided that you can use after the session to build your own movement practice at home. Presented by Sara from the Get Ready Project.
