Sensory Story Time is a program that thoughtfully considers the developmental needs of children on the Autism Spectrum but welcomes all children to participate. Families enjoy playtime, a short story time, and a craft in a safe and accepting environment. For ages 3-7 with a caregiver.

No registration required.

 

What to Expect:

  • Children and caregivers can explore individual stations as they wish.
  • The librarian will read 2 stories, interspersed with songs, shakers and other musical activities.
  • There will be a craft table, manipulatives and movement toys

Sensory:

  • The library has items to borrow if needed
  • If you need a break, feel free to leave the room and return later if desired
