Llamas in the Library In-Person

- Families are invited to get up close and personal with some llamas from Dakota Ridge Farm. Listen to a Mother's Day reading of Is Your Mama a Llama? Greet the llamas, learn some llama facts and make a craft. A limited number of families will be admitted in 15-minute time slots.
Register online, in the Children's Room or by calling 518-584-7860, ext. 305 to register.

This is meant to be a family registration. Please indicate the number of persons in your party and then register an adult family member and an identifying family name for your group.
What to Expect:
- You will have to wait in line to visit the llamas
- There will be reading and craft activities as well
Sensory:
- Llamas may poop and urinate on tarp. It will be cleaned up promptly, but smell may linger
- You may pet the llamas' soft fiber, but do not stand behind them
Supports:
- If one activity is too busy, you may join another
- You may leave the room and then come back
