Relax and reset this summer with kinetic sand! Teens in grades 7-12 are invited to stop by the Teen Room during open hours to pick up a beachy-themed sensory kit made for squishing, molding, and unwinding.

While supplies last. No registration required.

What to Expect 

  • Each participant will take home a craft or activity take-and-make kit. It includes all necessary instructions and supplies, as well as a list of any additional materials they may need to supply on their own. 

  • These take-and-make kits are intended to be completed at home rather than in the library. 

  • Look for the “Take and Make” cart on the left as you enter the Teen Room. 

  • Kits may be picked up at any time during Teen Room open hours. 

Sensory Information 

  • Noise levels in the Teen Room may range from moderate to high. 

  • Bright overhead lights. 

Supports 

  • Participants may take breaks or work on the activity at their own pace at home.
