Baby Sensory Story Time is an early literacy program including a short baby bounce style story time followed by play with sensory toys and activities. Ages 0-18 months with a caregiver. Registration is not required for this program, but space is limited based on room capacity.

 

What to Expect:

  • Caregivers will sit with their children and encourage them to participate.  It is OK if your child wants to sit and watch
  • Program will include 15 minutes of interactive books, songs, musical instruments and bubbles
  • This will be followed by free play with sensory objects like scarves, stacking toys and manipulatives

Sensory Information:

  • The group is large and it may be loud at times and it will be easy to become distracted.
  • Sit on the floor mats or on a chair

Supports:

  • Feel free to leave early or take a break and rejoin later
