In this four class series, we will practice a different yoga sequence each week, all with the goal of promoting healthy aging. Classes may include bone health poses to increase bone density and muscle mass, yin yoga poses to lengthen our connective tissues and improve flexibility, balancing poses to improve physical stability, and restorative poses to calm our nervous systems and reduce stress. Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing. This program is a 4 week series - May 13, May 20, May 27 and June 3.

Please register through our online catalog or by calling 518-584-7860 option 4 or 5.
