Parachute Play In-Person

Children age 3 and up to grade 3, with an accompanying caregiver, are invited to join us for some cooperative parachute games and songs. Let's play!

What to Expect

Please arrive on time so kids can make nametags and find a place to stand.
Kids and adults will stand next to each other around the parachute.
There will be lifting, squatting, and walking in a circle. Adults will need to help with the lifting and lowering of the parachute.
We will move fairly quickly at times. This program is not recommended for kids under 3, who may not be able to keep up.
If the accompanying adult is unable to participate on the parachute, they may sit to the side of the room. However, children must be able to follow instructions independently if their adult is not beside them.
Kids will wear nametags. They must be able to respond to their names and follow verbal directions, including taking turns.

Kids and adults will be standing close together around the parachute and moving in circles around the room
