This four week course is a multifaceted approach to personal safety that combines warm-up drills, physical techniques, mental preparedness, and proactive strategies to empower learners, to protect themselves and others from harm. It promotes the fundamental right to safety and security while fostering a sense of empowerment and autonomy in navigating the complexities of the modern world.   More about our instructor: Abdul holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology and Methodology.  He has a     black belt in Taekwondo; is fluent in English, French, Bambara and Soninke; and holds certifications in Mental Health First Aid and Sparkling Students Engagement.
