Better Off Read meets on the second Tuesday of the month at 11 a.m. in the Susman Room. Join us for a monthly book discussion covering mostly mysteries but includes a variety of genres. On July 14 we will discuss Death in Door County by Annelise Ryan.
Please register each month through our online calendar or by calling 518-584-7860, ext. 304.
What to Expect
- The talk is moderated by library staff.
- Participation is optional.
- You are welcome to listen quietly without participating.
- You may arrive late or leave early if needed.
- There is no expectation of prior knowledge about the topic.
- The library moderates discussions to support respectful dialogue but may not endorse all viewpoints expressed.

- The program takes place in a shared indoor event space.
- Seating is around a grouping of tables.
- Lighting is standard indoor lighting.
