Meet the Artist: Alma Thomas In-Person
Kids in grades K-6, join us to learn about a famous artist, then make a craft based on their art. This week we will learn about Alma Thomas, who was an influential American abstract painter in the 20th century and the first black woman artist to have a painting featured in the White House! No registration required.
This program was inspired by our 2025 Summer Reading theme, Color Our World.
