Women's Self Defense In-Person
This four weeks self-defense course is a set of techniques, strategies, and mindset aimed at protecting oneself from physical harm or danger in threatening situations. It encompasses a range of skills and practices designed to empower individuals to defend themselves effectively when faced with aggression or violence. This course is a multifaceted approach to personal safety that combines physical techniques, mental preparedness, and proactive strategies to empower learners to protect themselves and others from harm.
