Yoga has been proven to increase bone mineral density, as well as to improve posture and balance, all factors that are important in keeping us healthy and active. Join us to practice the poses and techniques proven to protect and improve your bone health. This class is appropriate for beginners as well as experienced students. This program is part of Tuesdays to Thrive. Please register through the online calendar or by calling 518-584-7860, option 4 or 5. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes.

Jael Polnac is a registered yoga teacher with a specialized certification in Yoga for Bone Health. In addition, she has certifications in Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Mindfulness Meditation, and Yoga Philosophy. She currently teaches on-line Bone Health classes as well as in-person Yin Yoga classes at Yoga Mandali in downtown Saratoga Springs.
