How Big is BIG? In-Person
Join librarian Laura Clark for a reading of Vashi Harrison's Caldecott-winning picture book BIG which explores the feelings a young ballerina has about being big in a world that prizes small. Thoughtfully examines the idea that you can stand out and feel invisible at the same time. This program is open to children of all ages, and will be followed by a craft. No registration is required.
This program was inspired by our 2024 SaratogaREADS! selection, The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks.
